Job Summary
Lead contract lifecycle management strategy and operations, ensuring effective governance from intake through execution and ongoing administration. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, and operational leaders to facilitate complex negotiations, provide expert redline review guidance, evaluate contractual risk, and support contract strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise contracting processes, policies, standards, and governance frameworks to drive consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency. Reduce cycle times, strengthen risk management practices, and support informed business decision-making across the organization. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare, or related field
