Job Summary
Revise monthly sales forecasts and carry-over products, supporting merchandising teams during showroom buys for new product launches. Define stock targets across 10 markets in SEA and Oceania, ensuring replenishment aligns with inventory potential and optimizing lead times. Manage seasonal product priorities, analyze end-of-season sell-through, and retrieve stock according to target planning. Maintain product status in the Order Management System, fulfill client orders through rebalancing or escalation, and communicate fulfillment visibility to stores. Optimize network stock levels, rebalance overstock and out-of-offer items, and monitor key KPIs to prevent obsolescence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, and/or retail fulfilment operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure with the capacity to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Client-centric approach and commercial mindset
- Attention to detail with a critical thinking mindset
- Team spirit with strong verbal and written communication: ability to simplify and synthesize
Desired Qualifications
- Regional experience in covering SEA and Oceania
- Power BI or equivalent, programming skills (VBA)
- SAP Experience
