Job Summary
Own projects end-to-end from early planning through execution, leading teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals. Optimize internal operational processes to maintain efficiency standards while managing global inventory control and functionality within the ERP system. Develop predictive inventory forecasting frameworks driven by forward-looking business insights to maximize usage and reduce dead stock across multiple events. Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators related to inventory value, utilization rates, and operational efficiency. Serve as the primary Point of Contact for key internal and external stakeholders regarding stored inventory and logistics needs. Standardize inventory management and ERP processes to implement scalability strategies supporting rapid growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related fields
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Inventory management experience and skills
- Experience in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with data visualization
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with logistics management software
- Strong leadership skills
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Building strong relationships with business units
- Experience managing unique and complex situations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience managing and leading teams
