Senior Supply Chain Executive (1-year contract)

Senior Supply Chain Executive (Warehouse & Transportation) will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, and oversee 3PL/outsourced warehouse performance to ensure stock is tracked accurately, warehouse operations run smoothly, and fulfillment standards are met. Responsibilities include sending Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), verifying incoming stock, monitoring outbound orders to meet SLAs (especially during campaigns), handling exceptions (returns, damages, claims), monitoring 3PL KPIs, reviewing monthly service invoices, escalating service quality issues with data-backed solutions, reconciling stock across SAP/WMS/fulfillment for 100% accuracy, monitoring safety stock/slow-moving inventory, leading cycle counts, preparing logistics performance reports, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and supporting SOP updates. Key skills and experience include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2–4 years in warehouse operations or 3PL coordination, proficiency with WMS/SAP/ERP, familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment, strong numerical accuracy, and clear communication with warehouse partners and internal teams.
