Job Summary
Analyze Purchase Order activity, supplier performance metrics, and inventory planning outputs to identify process improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Maintain and govern purchasing master data, including sourcing settings, replenishment methods, and lead times, while ensuring data integrity through validation and audits. Partner with stakeholders across Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance to gather requirements, document business processes, and implement scalable ERP enhancements using Acumatica, Power BI, and Google Cloud Platform. Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues and translate findings into standardized business processes and system improvements. Monitor ERP-generated recommendations to drive automation and continuous improvement in procurement effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement
- 5-10 years appropriate industry experience
- Expertise in ERP systems
- Expertise in procurement processes
- Expertise in business intelligence
- Expertise in data management technologies
- Experience with Acumatica ERP
- Experience with Power BI
