Job Summary
Senior-level role focusing on technology project/program management within a supply chain context. Collaborate across organizations to develop comprehensive project/program plans and manage all implementation processes, including change control, testing, documentation, and training. Develop and monitor detailed schedules, manage dependencies, and adjust for evolving requirements using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Identify tasks, allocate resources, assess costs, and communicate expectations to team members. Review and validate user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity, ensuring alignment with business needs. Conduct project/program close-out assessments, documenting lessons learned and recommendations for future improvements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related discipline and substantial experience managing technology projects/programs, with strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years with a Master's degree, or 2+ years with a PhD in managing technology projects/programs
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience developing detailed schedules, managing dependencies, and addressing resource allocation challenges
- Strong technical expertise to interpret and validate user/technical requirements
- Effective communication of complex issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders
