Job Summary
Lead program management for large-scale Boeing Global Services Supply Chain AI programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, governance, cadence, and executive reporting; manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items; own preparation of status updates, steering committee materials, and leadership-ready communications; support agile operating rhythm including sprint planning, release coordination, backlog alignment, and operational readiness; coach product managers in program execution discipline, stakeholder communication, prioritization, and delivery management; facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure consistent communication across business, product, and technical stakeholders; apply AI and analytics knowledge to support informed program discussions, identify dependencies, and translate technical concepts for business audiences; plan and facilitate workshops to drive alignment on priorities, operating model decisions, roadmaps, risks, and execution plans; develop capacity planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting to support leadership decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience with program management, project management, operations, or related disciplines
- 10+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (i.e., Requirements Management, Resource Management, Integrated Planning and Scheduling, Financial Oversight, Earned Value Management (EVM), Program Performance Management, Supplier Integration, RIO (Risk, Issue, Opportunity) Management, Program Communication, Senior Leadership Reviews, etc.)
- 10+ years of experience leading cross functional, Business Unit or Program teams
- 10+ years of experience leading both governance and delivery programs/projects in various Program Management Lifecycle (PMLC), transformation and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Six Sigma)
- 10+ years of experience creating risk/issue/opportunity (RIO) metrics, status reporting and executive-level briefings
- 10+ years of experience in integrated planning, program/schedule management, and/or business integration for complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- 10+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations
- 5+ years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
