Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary
Provide Supply Chain and procurement support for the Strathcona Capital program, focusing on Project and Facilities & Construction assets. Lead sourcing initiatives including RFx development, proposal evaluations, and commercial negotiations to achieve best value while meeting business, legal, and regulatory requirements. Perform routine expediting and contract administration for all procured materials, goods, and services, and liaise with all disciplines on progress and schedule. Draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements, issue service orders, and oversee procurement processes executed through designated EPC contractors. Monitor contractor compliance using vendor management tools and mentor junior and intermediate supply chain analysts. This role reports to the Team Lead, Supply Chain Capital, supporting the Strathcona Project & Facilities program in Calgary.
Required Qualifications
- 10 - years minimum Supply Chain experience
- Oil and Gas industry experience
- Working knowledge of Oil and Gas Upstream Operations
- Experience dealing with Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC)
- Proficient and adaptable in ERP systems: possessing advanced computer knowledge and professional competence related to work functions in Maximo, AFE Navigator, Aucerna Execute, Wellview, OpenInvoice, Obyte, MS Applications and Complyworks
- Experience supporting internal stakeholders within Capital Projects and Construction environments
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate and gain alignment with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing complex contracts and commercial models, with the ability to identify and address key legal and commercial issues
