Job Summary
Lead complex analytics initiatives providing actionable insights into supply chain performance to support strategic business objectives. Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve visibility into key performance metrics and drive informed decision-making. Build and deploy GPTs and AI agents to automate supply chain workflows, accelerate analysis, and improve operational decision-making. Partner with supply chain leadership and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, solve complex challenges, and prioritize high-impact initiatives. Translate complex data into clear recommendations by presenting findings, risks, and opportunities to business stakeholders and senior leadership. Serve as a subject matter expert for supply chain analytics while promoting best practices in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. Mentor and support Supply Chain Analysts by sharing technical expertise, providing guidance, and helping prioritize the team's work. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, business processes, and decision support capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in supply chain analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Databricks
- Advanced experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
- Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional analytics projects and managing multiple priorities
- Job to be performed in the location listed
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree or professional certification in analytics, data science, supply chain, or a related field
- Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages
- Experience working within an Agile environment
- Knowledge of supply chain operations or the senior living industry
