Job Summary
Senior Supply Chain Coordinator for Careem Grocery based in Karachi, supporting Grocery operations remotely across the UAE. You will manage inventory availability, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, conduct supplier performance reviews, resolve issues, and oversee delivery schedules between DCs, suppliers, and stores. Key tasks include maintaining SKU master data, analyzing data to improve fill-rates and reduce stockouts, coordinating returns of damaged or expired items, and managing promotional stock transfers. Requires 2+ years in supply chain or operations, a bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred), strong Excel skills (SQL a bonus), excellent cross-functional communication, and a self-starting, detail-oriented mindset. The role offers 4 days in office per week, 1 day work-from-home, and up to 30 days/year remote from any country. Location: Karachi with remote UAE responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in supply chain or similar operational role
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency; SQL knowledge is a bonus
- High attention to detail and rigorous follow-up on daily operations
- Grit and hands-on mindset to tackle challenges and drive execution
- Excellent communication across supplier and DC teams
- Self-starter with ability to independently extract and analyze data
