Job Summary
Conduct assessment audits at supplier sites to evaluate organizational structure, safety culture, and process robustness against nuclear technical and administrative requirements. Identify gaps and risks affecting quality or safety, then develop and lead high-impact development plans with measurable KPIs and deadlines. Coordinate with internal technical experts to drive supplier maturity improvement through Lean coaching, follow-up, and effectiveness assessment while promoting best practices. Prepare, plan, and validate the global supplier selection strategy with sourcing teams to ensure supplier panel maturity and nuclear supply chain reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality, audits, or supplier development, ideally in regulated industries (nuclear, energy, rail, aerospace)
- Strong command of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 required)
- Good understanding of nuclear safety culture
- Expertise in operational excellence in manufacturing
- Experience in QMS, organizational and process audits
- Strong knowledge of industrial production processes
- Strong leadership and change management capability
- Excellent communication, listening, analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigor, autonomy, and initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive mindset
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites
Desired Qualifications
- Training or certification in nuclear safety / ISO 19443 is a plus
- French is a plus
