Senior Supplier Quality Engineering Supervisor

Manage a team of Supplier Quality Engineers ensuring delivery of quality components, materials, and services in compliance to purchasing controls. Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve supplier-related quality or compliance issues discovered during incoming inspection and/or production. Develop monitoring systems to track supplier and team performance, including training, nonconformances, open actions, and supplier CAPA activities. Provide leadership to staff by defining performance goals, conducting reviews, and coaching direct reports to meet departmental objectives. Ensure compliance to purchasing controls while supporting internal and external audits and inspections.
