Job Summary
Senior Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for leading all aspects of factory quality on site of manufacturers, ensuring alignment with NVIDIA quality requirements, conducting supplier audits, driving problem-solving and root cause analysis, maintaining supplier performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Engineering, Product Engineering, and Supplier Chain teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical, Thermal or a related field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Quality role and 5 years’ in mechanical, thermal area
- Experience in CM/supplier quality management, including supplier selection, evaluation, and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaboration with suppliers and internal partners
- Leadership skills to lead multi-functional teams and deliver results
- Experience leading quality task management and multiple quality projects
- ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO22301, IATF16949, and VDA6.3 audit experience
