Job Summary
Senior Supervisory Legal Analyst to manage client engagements and lead a team of legal analysts responsible for handling third-party requests for client data. Responsibilities include overseeing engagements, tracking progress, delegating tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and client policies, resolving escalations, analyzing engagement and productivity data, driving QA and training to close skill gaps, and presenting insights to leadership. The role requires meticulous organization, strategic leadership, strong analytical and critical thinking, high emotional intelligence, effective cross-team collaboration, and the ability to balance complex decisions while maintaining professionalism with sensitive content. Candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, experience in legal/compliance, proficiency with Google Workspace (Zendesk a plus), and the ability to pass background checks and security-clearance processes if requested.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in the legal or compliance field
- Minimum 4 years of leading a team
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to apply for a U.S. government security clearance and/or pass a drug test if requested
