Job Summary
Senior Manufacturing Supervisor leads a 30-45 person wafer-manufacturing team on a C shift (Wed-Fri and alternating Sat 5pm-5am) to coordinate between manufacturing, maintenance, process and equipment engineering; drives downtime reduction, process efficiency, and production of high-quality wafers; mentors shift operators and leads, plans training, manages staffing and performance, and promotes Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven decision making using tools such as SPC, Shop Floor Control Systems (Mitec/Camstar), Excel/PowerPoint, and project management; requires collaboration with multiple engineering groups and adherence to company policies while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Data Analysis or Statistics, Chemistry or Physics
