Senior Supervisor, Wafer Manufacturing - B Shift (Sun-Tues & alternating Wed 5am-5pm)

Senior- level Manufacturing Supervisor for wafer production on the B Shift (Sun-Tues with alternating Wed 5am-5pm). Lead a 30-45-person team across thin-film/photolithography/wet etch wafer processes, coordinating with manufacturing, maintenance, process and equipment engineering to improve downtime, process efficiency, and quality. Resolve tooling or processing issues, drive throughput and risk mitigation, maintain staffing and training, monitor performance, and provide coaching and performance reviews. Apply Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies; leverage SPC and shop-floor control systems; and communicate effectively to lead and develop wafer operators and leads toward production goals. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, knowledge of semiconductor wafer processes, and proficiency with data interpretation and presentation; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
