Senior Supervisor, Training - Operations Manufacturing

Lead and oversee training operations across our manufacturing environment, supervise trainers and onboarding, and drive continuous improvement of training systems and processes to ensure workforce competency, readiness, and ongoing skills development. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, and Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include training leadership and delivery across health and safety, precision mechanical assembly, manufacturing procedures, engineering drawing and blueprint interpretation, and other technical skills; develop, update, and standardize training materials; monitor training effectiveness and maintain documentation, records, and certifications; support succession planning and cross-training initiatives; supervise day-to-day training activities and provide coaching and mentorship to trainers and trainees. Proficiency with LMS and Microsoft Office, strong facilitation and communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
