Senior Supervisor - Solution Design

Act as Contract Logistics project manager, fully in charge of solution design, cost model, presentation, commercial discussion, contract negotiations, and project implementation. Serve as the Customer Representative while coordinating cross-function teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in commercial contract discussions and negotiations, and support the business development manager for new opportunities and marketing activities. Analyze customer integration regarding quality indicators, reliability, and service levels to derive improvement actions, and evaluate customer satisfaction through surveys and metrics. Manage other tasks assigned by the manager within the global container logistics organization.
