Job Summary
Oversee residential programs by ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and preparation for external reviews. Direct and supervise Medical Coordinators and Direct Care staff to maintain appropriate staffing, training, and retention while managing fiscal accountability and monthly audits. Coordinate placements, develop person-centered plans, and manage confidential record-keeping. Liaise with families, advocates, and the community while leading agency committees and adhering to the Senior Residential Manual. Maintain 24-hour availability for emergencies and work evenings, overnights, and weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Human Services or related area
- 1 year of experience
- Completion of and/or enrollment in agency Management Training
- Valid Driver's License that meets agency policy
- Lifting requirement of 35 lbs
- Physical agility and ability to react to emergency situations
- Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention (SCIP-R) certification
- CPR certification
- Medication Certification
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and climb
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals manually and mechanically
- Ability to effectively respond to common inquiries or complaints from individuals, staff, regulatory agencies or members of the community
- Availability for evenings, overnights, and weekends
- Availability 24 hours per day for emergencies at sites
