Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations and support senior leadership by setting an example of best service and coaching the team on right service behaviours. Assist with inducting and training staff, ensure merchandising standards meet business requirements, and coordinate stock to support workflow. Provide friendly, helpful advice to customers while maintaining high operational standards across a variety of retail hours. This role requires previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to coach others effectively. Bunnings, the leading retailer of home improvement products in Australia and New Zealand, values a diverse team dedicated to inspiring customers to have a red hot go.
Required Qualifications

- Have an eagerness to learn about new products
- To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
