Job Summary
Supervise production Team Members on C Shift with a focus on quality, safety, and adherence to food safety, sanitation, and USDA regulations. Collaborate with management to meet objectives, accept day-to-day department responsibility, and lead the hourly workforce by example. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), general knowledge of production operations, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities; bilingual skills are helpful.
