Senior Supervisor – Product Development Engineer

Lead end-to-end development of OEM personal care products across skincare, hair care, body care, and related categories. Manage multiple product development projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget and customer specifications. Supervise and coach Product Development Engineers and laboratory technicians while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Manufacturing. Translate customer briefs into commercially viable formulations, review specifications and stability results prior to commercialization, and ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations and quality standards. Support manufacturing scale-up, process validation, and troubleshooting during pilot and commercial production. Maintain accurate project records and technical databases.
