Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities, lead and manage a team of associates, and monitor inventory levels within the Warehouse Management System. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer service inquiries. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and productivity. Requires a diploma or degree in logistics, 5 years of warehouse operations experience, and proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office. Based in Shah Alam; weekends and public holidays may be required. Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, inventory control, and logistics
- Proficiency and strong in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proficiency and strong in using Microsoft Office application
- Able to work at Shah Alam
- Willing to work Weekends & Public Holiday if required
