Senior Supervisor, Mechanical

Supervise and coordinate all mechanical construction activities for HVAC systems, including ductwork, chilled water piping, and equipment installation. Lead Mechanical Supervisors, Foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives while reviewing drawings and method statements before execution. Monitor work progress, productivity, and material availability against project schedules, ensuring compliance with codes, client requirements, and approved IFC drawings. Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections to enforce permit-to-work systems and risk assessments. Coordinate testing, pre-commissioning, and punch list clearance with QA/QC and engineering disciplines. Identify construction issues, provide technical guidance, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays. Participate in project coordination meetings with client representatives and consultants. Minimum 10 years of mechanical construction experience in oil & gas or industrial projects required.
