Job Summary
Senior Superintendent for Tenant Improvement projects at Clune Construction. Leads field execution from pre-construction through closeout, developing schedules, managing logistics and site access, coordinating with trade partners and owner vendors, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include active participation in RFPs and presentations, creating detailed project schedules and phasing plans, supervising internal field teams and external partners, maintaining field document control, mentoring junior staff, supporting intern programs, participating in business development and client relationship building, and delivering training content on industry practices. Requires 10+ years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare, or mission-critical projects; strong leadership, budgeting oversight, and proficiency with scheduling software; excellent communication and ability to work with high-end clients. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects
- Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling, quality control and coordinating sub-contractors
- Proficiency with scheduling software
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mentor and train field personnel
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with high-end clientele
- Ability to develop training content and lead training classes
- Experience coordinating plans and specifications with architects and engineers
- Commitment to safety culture and OSHA standards
