Senior Superintendent - Tenant Improvement

Job Summary
Lead overall project execution in the field, managing site access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction from pre-construction through closeout. Supervise internal field teams, trade partners, and owner vendors while creating accurate project schedules, weekly updates, and phasing plans to support budgeting and bidding. Actively participate in RFP responses, including leading pitch presentations, and coordinate plans with architects and engineers to maintain detailed field document control. Resolve on-site challenges proactively to minimize cost impact and uphold Clune's safety culture and OSHA standards. Mentor Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, contribute to business development through client relationship management, and lead training classes on industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects
- Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling, quality control and coordinating sub-contractors
- Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge
- Proficiency with scheduling software
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must have the ability to relate and interact with higher-end clientele
