Job Summary
Senior Superintendent role overseeing field operations for commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, and healthcare construction projects. Responsibilities include providing field oversight across all project phases, developing and managing project schedules, managing subcontractor performance, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes, preparing documentation for coordination and site management, implementing Quality Control/Quality Assurance programs, and promoting a safe job site through the company safety program. Must lead in a team-oriented environment, cultivate relationships with owners, designers, and trade partners, stay current with industry technology, travel as needed, and hold a valid driver’s license. Requires LEAN construction knowledge and LEED Green Building familiarity, 10–15 years of experience in project supervision, and strong computer skills. Required Qualifications
