Job Summary
Senior-level leadership role directing electrical construction on major job sites. Oversees daily on-site operations, coordinates subcontractors and field labor, resolves real-time challenges to keep projects on schedule and within scope, and ensures safety, quality, and productivity. Requires deep knowledge of electrical systems installation, NEC compliance, ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents, and experience managing master project schedules for large commercial or industrial projects. Includes aggressive base salary, project incentives, potential sign-on bonus, full relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of field leadership experience in electrical construction
- Proven ability to lead large-scale commercial or industrial projects
- Stable career progression demonstrating increasing responsibility
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to effectively direct field teams and subcontractors
- Deep understanding of electrical systems installation, including power distribution and coordination
- Ability to interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction documents
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Execution & Problem Solving: Experience coordinating all on-site activities, including labor and subcontractors
- Ability to develop, manage, and maintain master project schedules
- Proven capability to resolve complex field engineering and coordination challenges in real time
- Strong focus on safety, quality control, and productivity
