Senior Superintendent (St. Louis-based; No travel) oversees the direction and coordination of field labor, subcontractors, and the use of equipment and materials for a project with a $50M scope, ensuring safe, efficient daily construction per the Project Manager's methodology. Responsibilities include supervising workforce and subcontractors, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment; reading contracts; maintaining owner/designer relationships; leading meetings; sequencing field work; assisting with estimating change orders; managing site logistics within budget and schedule; forecasting scheduling conflicts; tracking labor productivity; producing daily jobsite reports; enforcing Built In Safety policies; mentoring ACI apprentices; and leading site safety programs and productivity targets.
