Job Summary
Conduct field operations on assigned projects to ensure construction is safe, timely, profitable, and compliant with contracts, designs, budgets, and all federal, state, and local laws. Directly supervise field craft labor and non-craft personnel while managing risk mitigation, scheduling, and prioritizing activities. Identify problem areas quickly and set direction for corrections. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years actively creating a Safety and QA/QC Cultural
- 5+ years in a Top Leadership position for multiple projects
- 15+ years of Building and construction experience (For NYC-Knowledge of the DOB's technical reports and Chapter 33)
- 15+ years experience scheduling and prioritizing activities
- 10+ years experience identifying and dealing with Risk & Mitigation procedures
- Demonstrated ability to Mentor and develop talent
- Proven experience stepping into a problem project and quickly identifying problem areas or concerns and setting direction for correcting the issue
- Bachelor's Degree - Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 10 years prior relevant experience
