Job Summary
As a Senior Superintendent at Samet, you will oversee all phases of assigned construction projects across commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, and medical/healthcare sectors. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring project quality and timeliness, and preparing site management documentation. Candidates should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience, familiarity with LEAN practices and LEED requirements, strong computer skills, and be willing to work in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years' experience as a project superintendent
- Ability to develop and manage project schedules
- Experience managing subcontractor performance
- Experience with Quality Control/Quality Assurance
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of LEAN construction practices
- Knowledge of LEED Green Building requirements
- Strong computer skills
