Oversee construction site operations from planning to completion, ensuring sub-contractors perform to specifications and projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage high-profile, large value contracts and promote a culture of safety on-site while demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desired, alongside substantial experience in the construction industry.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years related experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor
- Ability to manage all resources, including vendors and subcontractors
- Demonstrate a strong ability to manage tight deadlines
- Adapt to the constantly evolving world of technology and design systems
