Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for large healthcare construction projects, coordinating field activities with subcontractors and MEP trades while overseeing documentation, reporting, RFIs, and change orders. Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and wall rating requirements, including specialized MRI room assemblies. Serve as the primary communication point between field teams, ownership, and stakeholders, utilizing Procore to track progress. Assist in preconstruction planning and project mobilization. Requires 4+ years of commercial drywall experience with prior healthcare or hospital construction background. Full-time onsite presence in a project trailer/office environment. Join an expanding healthcare construction division with additional hospital projects in the pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Prior healthcare or hospital construction experience
- Ability to work onsite full-time in a project trailer/office environment
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial drywall construction experience
- Experience with drywall systems and rated wall assemblies
- Strong understanding of coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades
- Background as a Project Manager, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation abilities
