Senior Superintendent (Multi-Family)

Senior Superintendent leads on-site operations for multi-family construction projects, overseeing subcontractors and vendors to deliver work on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards. Responsible for project safety, quality, and compliance; coordinates with ownership and design teams to resolve constructability issues; provides strategic vision for field operations and mentors team members to achieve project goals. Requires hands-on leadership, organization, and experience with coordinating diverse trades; proficient in Primavera P6, Procore, AutoCAD, and related tools to support planning, scheduling, documentation, and communication. Responsibilities include planning and sequencing projects, scheduling subcontractors and trades, coordinating construction activities through the project schedule, overseeing safety orientations and meetings, participating in RFI/submittal processes, managing regulatory requirements such as storm water, and fostering a collaborative, capable field team.
