Job Summary
Lead and manage all field operations for the $70 million podium project, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time completion. Supervise and direct subcontractors and laborers while maintaining strict adherence to project plans and safety protocols. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues, maintain schedules, and minimize delays. Conduct regular on-site inspections for quality control and code compliance, acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders. Manage daily logistics including materials delivery, equipment, and personnel. Requires 10+ years in construction supervision with podium experience, OSHA 30-Hour certification, and proficiency in Procore or Buildertrend. Competitive salary of $170,000-$180,000 with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in construction supervision
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects
- Prior experience in podium construction or similar mixed-use/commercial projects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification
