Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical

Job Summary
Conduct daily site operations including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. Supervise all direct labor positions and manage contracted work to ensure successful project completion. Coordinate pre-construction meetings, direct procurement of tools, and inspect progress to ensure conformity with specifications and schedules. Resolve construction problems by conferring with supervisory, engineering, and supplier personnel while meeting regularly with craft personnel, subcontractors, and clients to update on issues and gather input. Manage labor costs through crew mix assignments and personnel movement, and implement company policies regarding safety, quality, and equal opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- 100% travel
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction related field
- at least 5 years large scale commercial construction experience
- Experience leading multiple projects valued at $200M+
- Demonstrated experience leading mission critical, life science, semiconductor or similar projects
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel to and from the project site
- Understands and applies building codes and other design requirements correctly
- reads blueprints accurately
- good understanding and knowledge of subcontractors' scopes of work and tolerances
- good written and verbal communication skills
