Senior Superintendent, Mission Critical

Maintain and distribute construction documents including plans, specifications, RFIs, and field reports to the project team. Verify subcontractor layout for compliance with line and grade while monitoring daily construction activity through written reports, photographs, and sketches. Administer the Quality Management Program by documenting deficiencies and tracking them to resolution, and assist in the administration of the Suffolk Safety Program through pre-construction meetings and daily monitoring. Help create and distribute work plans, schedules, and logistics plans while supervising and mentoring field engineers. Compile and maintain all permits, testing, and inspections required for project completion. This role supports the Mission Critical Center of Excellence, which manages billions in annual projects for leading technology and telecommunications clients. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 8+ years of experience.
