Senior Superintendent - Luxury Custom Homes

Manage on-site construction activities for luxury custom homes from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners, holding everyone accountable to elevated expectations. Conduct daily site walks, document progress, and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the schedule. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase, maintaining a professional, white-glove communication standard. Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure full OSHA compliance across all active job sites. Collaborate with the Project Manager and design team on RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scope adjustments. Protect high-end finishes, including millwork, stone, and specialty materials, through meticulous sequencing and trade coordination. Oversee punch list completion and project closeout to ensure flawless delivery during client walkthroughs. This field leadership role requires 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years as a Superintendent on projects valued at $3M+. Full-time on-site position in South Florida with a base salary of $120,000–$160,000.
