Senior Superintendent I

Coordinate project site work activities and supervise on-site teams for multiple or large, complex construction projects. Manage construction activities, task assignments, and logistics while interfacing with departments to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the schedule. Work with Project Managers to budget, forecast, and manage craft labor, equipment, and materials. Review construction documents, create project schedules, and coordinate plans with engineers to identify discrepancies. Develop site utilization plans, select formwork systems, and conduct pre-construction planning sessions. Coach, mentor, and train field personnel; establish teamwork environments and provide performance evaluations. Implement the Zero Injury Safety Program and manage open shop and union issues. Maintain relationships with customers, architects, union representatives, and subcontractors. Identify hiring needs and participate in hiring, performance management, and dismissal decisions.
