Job Summary
Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction progress, quality control, and site cleanliness. Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, and milestones. Work in partnership with Senior Project Managers to maintain an accurate project schedule reflecting status changes while meeting cost and time requirements. Demonstrate effective dialogue with the project team regarding work changes, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and project deviations. Maintain positive relationships with co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community to reinforce world-class customer service. Must reside in the greater Los Angeles or Orange County area. Salary range $175,000 – $225,000 for Los Angeles.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience as a Senior Project Superintendent
- California public higher education university experience having successfully built projects valued at $10M and up
- Project experience should include ground up or major renovations on active campuses including but not limited to classrooms, labs, performing arts, dining, interiors, sports facilities and student housing
- Must reside in the greater Los Angeles or Orange County area and be flexible with required business travel
