Job Summary
Senior Superintendent – on-site owner- and contractor-facing leader responsible for the execution of ground-up high-rise construction projects (40+ stories) in Brooklyn. Own on-site execution, manage construction sequencing, coordinate daily site operations, lead subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plan and schedule. The role requires coordinating across trades, engineers, and project stakeholders, identifying risks early, and resolving issues to keep projects on track. Strong leadership and execution under pressure are essential for delivering complex builds in a coordinated, safe, and timely manner.
