Job Summary
Senior Traveling Superintendent role with Ryan Companies US, serving the Great Lakes region from Chicago or Milwaukee. Responsibilities include managing subcontractor performance, developing and tracking CPM schedules, overseeing general construction budgets and safety programs, reviewing design documents and shop drawings, assisting with material procurement, establishing and monitoring QC programs, and value-engineering throughout projects. Will coordinate with project teams, communicate effectively, and travel for projects as needed. Preferred experience leading project teams, knowledge of BIM/CAD and building codes, and proficiency with MS Project. Eligible candidates will work in healthcare/medical construction markets and must meet driving and drug-testing requirements. Ryan Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience managing healthcare/medical construction projects
- Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field
- Possess a valid driver’s license
