Job Summary
Provide overall construction management for large complex projects, including design, budget, and schedule oversight in conjunction with the Project Manager, Owners, Engineers, and Architects. Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor team progression, while mentoring project team members to ensure career growth. Advise senior management on potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties, assisting in conflict resolution. Be jointly responsible for monitoring, interpreting, and forecasting cost reports to ensure alignment with estimates and maintain positive cash flow. Requires a construction-related degree, 10+ years of experience on large commercial projects, and CSID Secret Level Security Clearance.
