Job Summary
Senior Superintendent responsible for the overall direction of field operations, completion schedules, and labor budget outcomes on construction projects. Primary duties include directing and supervising field team members and subcontractors, promoting and exemplifying safety practices, managing project cost through weekly labor/material/equipment evaluations, and driving self-perform trades as needed. The role emphasizes project management, team leadership, client and stakeholder communication, quality control, and maintaining Pepper Construction’s professional standards while ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability. Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management (preferred) and extensive field supervision experience; strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and safety emphasis are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, preferred
- 15+ years or more experience in a field supervision role
- 9+ completed projects, run independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
