Job Summary
Senior Superintendent overseeing overall field operations, schedules, labor budgets, and safety on commercial construction projects for Pepper Construction. Lead field team and subs, drive project management from planning to completion, manage manpower and costs, ensure quality control and safety, and foster client satisfaction. Role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and business development with clients, architects, and inspectors, while maintaining Pepper’s professional image and ensuring compliance with safety and project standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, preferred
- 15+ years or more experience in a field supervision role
- 9+ completed projects, run independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
