Job Summary
Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of complex commercial construction projects from initial planning to completion. Lead the team, manage subcontractors, and coordinate workflows while overseeing safety culture, quality compliance, and project schedules. Develop work plans, manage budgets and costs, and communicate key information to owners, design teams, and authorities. Approve unit costs, track daily reports, and support project closeouts. Partner with field leadership to establish staffing, negotiate project changes, and cultivate long-term client relationships to generate future work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid and unrestricted drivers license
- Must be able to lift at least to 50 pounds
- 10+ years construction experience
- 8+ years field supervision experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (Preferred)
- Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred)
- Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs
