Job Summary
Lead field construction activities for a $5 Billion project as a Senior Superintendent at Austin Commercial. Manage a large project staff, oversee safety and compliance, and coordinate with project managers to establish efficient schedules and resource allocation. Ensure high-quality workmanship, assist in evaluating project costs, and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Requires a minimum of 10 years in commercial construction with supervisory experience and a degree in a related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial construction field experience, including direct supervisory experience
- Successful completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required (may obtain within first year of employment)
Desired Qualifications
- B.S. in construction management, construction science, engineering, or relevant discipline preferred
- Proficient with reading plans and specs
- Ability to build and manage multiple high performing teams
