Job Summary
Senior-level onsite leadership for direct subcontractor workforce on multimillion-dollar, large-scale energy savings projects in support of Ameresco’s Federal Team, with responsibilities spanning overall field operations, construction management, scheduling, safety, quality control, and compliance. Coordinates with Project Management, Engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, leads planning efforts including oversight of the critical path and look-ahead schedules, oversees multiple scopes and subcontractors, and drives detailed work plans and site logistics. Provides pre-construction input, enforces contract and procurement requirements in the field, and delivers proactive updates to leadership and clients while maintaining strong subcontractor relationships and adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or government construction
- OSHA 30-hour Certification
- CQM Certification
- Ability to review confidential US security information.
- Extensive experience in mechanical and electrical construction, preferably in complex or federal environments.
