Job Summary
Senior Commerce Cloud Success Guide responsible for delivering 1:1 guidance and coaching to Premier and Signature Commerce Cloud customers, engaging reactively and proactively to enable adoption, and aligning conversations to customer needs. Build trusted subject-matter expertise, run engagements aligned with Commerce Cloud capabilities, nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing. Impact includes influencing product adoption, customer satisfaction, and ROI, contributing to Salesforce’s reputation. Requires 5+ years in a customer-facing tech role, deep Commerce Cloud experience in B2B/B2C, fluent English, strong communication, presentation, and consultative skills, ability to translate tech concepts into business value, collaborative remote work, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry
- 5+ years experience and/or demonstrated expertise supporting Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B and B2C)
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional, global teams
- Ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI
- Strong presentation and consultative skills; adaptable to different customer personas
- Ability to facilitate discussions and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies
- Proactive and self-starting with ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely
