Job Summary
Provide architecture and design guidance, use case development, and solution implementation advice for customers while collaborating with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, and Product/Engineering. Act as a technical coach and counselor to customers and teammates; deliver differentiated solution presentations and technical proposals; publish external artifacts (whitepapers, case studies, architectural blueprints, blog posts) to support customer adoption and post-sales engagements. Leverage Informatica MDM, IDMC, and cloud technologies to enable Enterprise data management and integration across cloud and on-premise environments. Strong communication to both technical and business audiences, with experience in enterprise software and customer-success oriented roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Technology
- 12+ years of experience with Informatica products in Business 360 journey including Informatica MDM, Hosted MDM, C360, C360 for Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with Informatica IDMC platform and MDM would be preferable.
- Experience in Pre-sales or Post-sales consulting role, preferably in Enterprise software solutions (MDM, Data Integration, Data Quality, Cloud and Databases)
- Proven ability to deploy both Cloud and on-premise software solutions and architectures (Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Virtualization, BI, Application Integration)
- Track record of managing customers and complex data management needs
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Ecosystem would be preferable
